![]() The Astronauts, developers behind the first-person shooter Witchfire, are a small indie studio out of Poland that focuses on small, hard-hitting games. To say I’m excited about this game, not to mention a lot of the other games shown today, would be an understatement. According to the Epic Games Store page, the team is pulling out the photogrammetry used in Ethan Carter to create an incredible world that already looks excellent. Not just from the fact that shooting looks equally fluid and satisfying, but the visuals look absolutely stunning. Let me say, this shooter looks absolutely fantastic. From powerful firearms and hard-hitting spells to a moveset filled with all the fluidity you can expect, it’s up to you to take the fight to the witch of the Black Sea and turn the tide of this war. With few options left, the Church finds itself calling on forbidden magics and using the vessels of sinners to create preyers, immortal hunters armed with all the divine retribution one could hope for. ![]() A war with witches has been going south real fast, with the lands of the holy finding themselves being slaughtered at the hands of foul magic.
